The room layout of the stable corresponds to that of the classic Engadine farmhouse. The entire cattle consist of two to three dairy cows, some young cattle, goats, sheep, a pig and chickens. The short cattle camps (pantnun) indicate that the small so-called Grisons gray cattle breed was kept. The keeping of the significantly heavier but alos mor productive brown cattle breed was only introduced in the course of the 19th century.
